ACNE fall//winter 13-14

The brand of Stockholm! This is what I call for Acne! The brand is may be a bit too much for many of the cities but it fits perfectly to Stockholm, where the fashion and style doesn't have any borders. Even though the brand  is known by any European  fashion follower, last time when I was in Milano, which we can call the heart of fashion, I couldn't see any Acne Store on Montenapoleone...! Acne is an outsider in those countries, where the fashion is sticked to classic brands like Gucci or LV.
(In Istanbul you basically have it in Vakkorama and in some stores at Istinye Park. But not so many to choose..)

Acne is already shared its FW 13//14 collection. It is again soo Acne. Contrast of the sizes. Of course the leather is on. They added a bit fur I think. The last season we couldn't see something like that... Scandinavian colors is of course on...

Here you can check some of the pics. we liked. Don't forget to check the show-video..

A design museum in the home of design

Denmark is known by its famous designers now for many years. From Arne Jacobsen to Jorn Utson (architect of Sydney opera house), many Danish designers and architects contributed to development of design and functionality that make our lives much easier and chic. All the furniture, which are designed by both the Danish designers and the foreigners are being shown at the design museum in the capital - Copenhagen. Mostly Danish but also many designers' furniture are on the stage. It is like a dream showroom, where you can basically find any furniture that you see in exclusive villas in movies. I took some shots to share with you. Maybe some inspirations for new coming designers? Have fun :)

"Merak etme banyo olmak isteyen herkes Kopenhag'ta"

SAWAYA MORONI Collection // Milano

Last week I was in Italy to visit my friend, who studies architecture at polytechnic. A perfect trip to north Italy, although rainy clouds didn’t leave us till the end of our trip. When we were walking down to MonteNapeolane in Milano, which is the fashion and design district of the city, (The reason of why Milano is Milano today) we saw a showroom with some minimalistic and modern furniture. Furniture of William Sawaya and Zaha Hadid.

Many of the furnitures from both designers were in Milano design week

The white sofa from Z. Hadid looks like the buildings built by her.

A building designed by Zaha Hadid. The same inspiration is applied on sofa too

new street art in Copenhagen // Kopenhag'ta yeni sokak sanatı

Copenhagen is under construction!

Because of newly coming metro plan, many of the central squares, in inner Copenhagen are nowadays in the construction zone. Almost everywhere in the city is surrounded by huge building walls. Inside of it there is a construction work and on the other side there is the city. But i think the municipality somehow managed to make these ugly building walls look better. Every week there are new art works hanging on the walls.
I took some pictures of them to share with you :)
