Sizi etkilemek istemem.

It is a new trend in the European cities... Environment-friendly, eco-city. Especially a big trend for the northern European city planning. Nevertheless, because of the financial crisis, some of the newly built condos are empty and it is hard for the find new owners. But the talk about eco-city still keeps its strength, and the neighborhoods that are sustainable, new and eco are still the trend of urban.
Tuborg Havn(Tuborg Harbour) is a part of Hellerup city, which is the most expensive and elite part of Copenhagen. The area is named Tuborg Havn because of the Tuborg factory that was in the area in the past.
The area is full of new and modern apartments. Some says "modern and sustainable", and some says "kitsch and dead alive"... I can say that the building style of the apartments, materials that are used, the location and so on proves that it is sustainable.
There is no doubt that the area is designed for the upper-class people. You can easily understand that from the boats that are staying near by the apartments. Nice life ha? So much so that Hellerup is the upper-east side of Copenhagen. The condos prices begin from 1.5 million Euros.
When I was walking around in the area the thing that I liked was the sculptures, matches gently to the water, which were placed on the sidewalks. And the environmental design of the area is just perfect.
I don’t want to write more, just want to leave you with the photos. Sorry for the date that shows up on the pictures :)
